How long does my order take to ship?

We aim to ship ASAP but you should expect a shipping notification about 2 business days after your successful purchase. For digital items and readings, you will be contacted separately by Mama Meg to schedule them.

Do you offer international shipping? 

At this time we do not offer international shipping for physical products but we do offer readings for our international audience.

What is your return policy? 

Unused and unopened physical items (jars, goods, tools) must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and at the cost of the customer. Once we receive the item back in this condition we will process a refund. There is no refund for energy work, medium, or card readings as these can not be recouped once delivered.
